		<description>The two groups do have something in common - the goal of both is to help individuals realize that they are capable of something that, at one time, seemed to be beyond their abilities. 

It's probably just as hard for some TMs to stand up for an Ice Breaker as is for an AA member to stand up that first time and tell their story. At the end, both groups surround the member with support and encouragement.</description>
